Effects I need:

Guy smoking, but smoke coming out their neck (Has had throat cut).

Guy smoking, but smoke coming out their chest. (Has been stabbed).

Disembodied head smoking, in a lap (I.e. Head been cut off...), the smoke coming out his neck.

Basically, I can get prosthetics, ect, but I need an idea how to set up / achieve the desired effects.
